What we do with a solicitation once you upload it

Your content

Solicitations, amendments, and proposal drafts are used to build your matrix and your draft reviews. They are not used to train models. Opportunities are private to the account that created them.

Payments

Stripe processes subscriptions and the $15 extra-opportunity charge. RFPTriage stores the plan on the account. It does not store the full card number.

Access

Sign-in is email and password, and Sign in with Google when that is configured. Passwords are stored as a salted hash. A reset link is emailed, expires in one hour, and works once. Google sign-in uses the verified email on that Google account. A new person gets the same free trial as someone who signs up with a password. The signed-in session stays in this browser.

What not to upload

Do not upload classified information, CUI you are not allowed to put in a commercial tool, or proposal files a teammate has not cleared for this system. If a notice is marked that way, keep it in the system your contract already requires.

Extraction

Generate reads uploaded files on this server. With an xAI key, the extracted text of those files is sent to xAI to label which sentences are requirements. Page numbers and the quoted text stay with the file. Without a key, no document text leaves this server.
