The service
RFPTriage gives you an account, opportunities, a compliance matrix, draft review, and exports. Generate reads the solicitation you upload and proposes requirement rows. You review those rows before you rely on them in a submission. The output can miss a requirement or include an extra one.
Accounts
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for what happens under that login. The free trial is 2 opportunities over 14 days and does not ask for a card. The sample solicitation does not count as one of those opportunities.
Your files
You upload the solicitation files. We store them so Generate and the matrix can use them for your account. We do not take ownership of those files or of the matrix you review.
Plans and payment
Prices are on the pricing page. An opportunity counts the first time its compliance matrix is generated. Generating again does not count again. Extra opportunities are $15 each. Stripe charges the card. RFPTriage does not store the full card number.

Closing an account
You can delete the account from the Account page. That removes the login, the opportunities, and the uploaded files for that account from this server.
